Achillea Red Velvet

Large flat heads of rose-red flowers over finely divided leaves.

Flowering period:  All summer.
Growing conditions:  Well-drained sunny position. Happy in poor soil. Drought tolerant.
Special note:  Flowers keep their colour as they age - or may darken to crimson.
Typical mature height:  24 inches ( 61 cms )
Hardiness:  Very hardy. Should withstand severe winters and exposed sites.
