Heads of strong red flowers, fading as they mature.

Flowering period:  June to August.
Growing conditions:  Well-drained soil in sun.
Special note:  Keep dead-heading for continuous show throughout summer. Also known as 'The Beacon'.
Typical mature height:  20 inches ( 51 cms )
Hardiness:  Very hardy. Should withstand severe winters and exposed sites.
