Soft blue flowers, slightly scented, over ferny foliage.

Common name:  Jacob's Ladder.
Flowering period:  Late spring to early summer.
Growing conditions:  Sun or part shade.

Hardiness:  Very hardy. Should withstand severe winters and exposed sites.
