Ficus carica Ice Crystal

Deeply divided and cut foliage. Leaves turn yellow in autumn. Good trained against a wall or in large container.

Prune as required in spring if required, otherwise can grow to 20 feet (6m).

Growing conditions:  Sheltered, sunny position. Most well-drained soils but not clay.
Special note:  Produces dark purple, smallish figs in late summer to autumn.
Hardiness:  Hardy. Should withstand average to cold UK winters.
Cost:  12.
