Alstroemeria Indian Summer

Dark buds open to orange-red flowers from May onwards.

Flowering period:  May to first frosts.
Growing conditions:  Sun or part shade in moist but well-drained soil.
Special note:  Pull spent stems out, instead of deadheading to prolong flowering. Dislikes winter wet. Mulch deeply in first winter.
Typical mature height:  30 inches ( 76 cms )
Hardiness:  Half-hardy. Should withstand mild UK winters.
